HY-017 is a printed PET/AL/PE lidding film roll for yogurt-cup and dairy-cup packaging projects. It is developed around the real cup sealing surface, dairy product, artwork and filling-line conditions.

Start with the real yogurt cup and sealing surface

Provide the yogurt-cup sample, flange drawing, cup material, actual sealing-surface material, cup diameter, filling conditions, chilled-storage conditions, sealing-machine details and any existing lidding-film sample.

Define the intended opening experience

Specify whether the consumer should peel the lid from the cup rim, tear across a defined direction, remove the lid fully, or retain part of it. Test the selected opening behaviour on the finished cup after chilled storage.

Specify the roll and printing format

Confirm roll width, repeat length, roll diameter, core size, artwork, print direction, registration requirements, unwind direction, sealing-machine settings and target line speed.

Validate the yogurt-cup and lidding-film system

Test the film on the actual cup with representative yogurt and real line conditions. Review seal consistency, print registration, feed performance, pack appearance after chilled storage, opening path, rim cleanliness and distribution handling.
