Start with the PP cup and sealing surface

Provide the PP cup or bowl sample, flange drawing, cup diameter, flange width, sauce characteristics, filling conditions, sealing-machine type and any existing film sample.

Define the opening behaviour clearly

• Lift a tab and peel the film from the cup rim
• Tear across a defined direction
