Clean-Peel Drain Lid Film for Instant Noodle Bowls
HY-003 is a custom paper-aluminum-plastic composite lid film developed for instant noodle cups and bowls. It combines a designated drainage-hole area with a clean-peel opening zone, supporting a clear prepare–peel–drain preparation process.
After the designated opening zone is peeled, the aluminum foil within that approved area is removed completely, leaving no foil residue in the opening area. The lid dimensions, drainage layout, opening direction, sealing layer and printed instructions can be customized according to the actual bowl and packing process.
Designed for Instant Noodle Applications
HY-003 can be developed for instant noodle products that require controlled hot-water drainage before seasoning, mixing or serving.
The lid can support the following preparation sequence:
- Open the designated filling area.
- Add hot water to the noodle bowl.
- Keep the bowl covered during preparation.
- Peel the designated clean-peel opening zone.
- Drain hot water through the designed drainage area.
- Add seasoning, mix and serve as required.
