HY-008 is a custom lidding-film roll for paper-bowl and paper-cup packaging projects. It is developed around the real container sealing surface, required opening action, print layout and filling-line requirements.

Paper containers can use different coatings and rim constructions. Send your bowl or cup sample, coating details and line information for an application review.

Confirm the Actual Sealing Surface

The visible paper board is not necessarily the surface that the film seals to. Coating type, rim profile, flange width and forming variation can all affect the final seal.

Please provide:

• Paper bowl or paper cup sample and flange drawing
• Coating material and sealing-surface information
• Container diameter, flange width and sealing area
• Product type, fill temperature and storage conditions
• Sealing-machine type and target line speed
• Existing lidding-film sample, if available

Define the Opening Experience

Confirm whether consumers should tear through a planned feature, lift a tab and peel the lid, remove the lid fully, or open the pack after storage.

Easy tear and easy peel are different opening behaviours. Validate the selected opening action on finished packs with the actual container, product and sealing conditions.

Set the Roll and Printing Specification

Confirm the following before production:

• Container diameter, sealing margin, opening feature and repeat length
• Approved artwork, colours, code area and print direction
• Film width, roll diameter, core size and unwind direction
• Sealer type, registration requirements and target line speed
• Secondary packing, storage and distribution requirements

Validate the Complete Packaging System

Test the selected HY-008 film on the actual paper bowl or cup. Review seal consistency, film feed, print registration, lid alignment, pack appearance, opening path, rim cleanliness and transport performance.

Record the container version, coating specification, film version, artwork revision and machine settings for each trial.
