HY-019 is an OPS shrink sleeve label solution for glass-bottle packaging projects. It is supplied in roll format and developed around the bottle profile, required artwork, shrink behaviour and sleeve-application process.

A shrink sleeve can create a continuous printed label area around a glass bottle. The final result depends on bottle shape, film orientation, sleeve dimensions, artwork layout and shrink-tunnel conditions.

Start with the actual glass bottle shape

Sleeve dimensions should be developed from the real bottle. Provide a glass-bottle sample or drawing, bottle height and diameter, shoulder and base geometry, label coverage area, and any existing sleeve sample.

Confirm shrink direction before approving artwork

Confirm shrink direction, lay-flat width, cut length, overlap, seam position, print-safe areas, registration marks and barcode placement before releasing artwork. Check final graphics on the real bottle after shrinking.

Match the sleeve roll to the application line

Confirm roll width, roll diameter, core size, unwind direction, sleeve cut length, application-machine type and steam or heat-shrink tunnel conditions. The roll specification should match the actual labeling line.

Validate the finished sleeve

Test sleeve positioning, graphics after shrinking, barcode legibility, packing performance and target-market requirements on representative glass bottles.
