HY-001 is a custom printed paper-aluminum-plastic composite lid film for instant-noodle bowls. Its distinctive feature is a dedicated drainage area with a grouped array of long slots, developed to support an instructed opening and water-draining step after noodle preparation.

The finished lid should be developed around the actual bowl, sealing flange, lid geometry, drainage-slot layout, consumer instructions and packing-line conditions.

Designed for a Prepare–Open–Drain Sequence

The printed lid, opening section and slotted drainage area work together as one consumer-use system:

1. Prepare the noodle bowl according to the approved pack instructions.
2. Open or lift the specified lid section as indicated by the printed graphics.
3. Use the slotted drainage area to pour out water as required.

The final opening and drainage sequence should be validated with the actual bowl, product and representative consumer-use conditions before production approval.

Can the slot pattern be customized?
Yes. The number of slots, dimensions, position, water-flow direction and consumer instructions can be developed around your bowl and application.

Is HY-001 a clean-peel or foil-dot-retaining design?
The current HY-001 information confirms the slotted drainage feature only. Do not use either claim until the approved HY-001 specification confirms the removal structure.

What material structure is used?
The product is positioned as paper-aluminum-plastic composite film. The final structure should be confirmed for the actual bowl, food product and sealing process.
