HY-007 is a PET/PA/CPE-10 lidding film roll for PP-material container projects requiring a high-temperature easy-tear application. It is developed around the actual PP sealing surface, process conditions, consumer opening action and filling-line format.

Confirm the Actual PP Container and Process Conditions

PP cups, bowls and food containers can differ in flange dimensions, rim profiles, molding quality and sealing areas. Temperature exposure, processing time, cooling conditions and line setup can affect final sealing and opening performance.

• Container diameter, flange width and sealing area
• Food product, fill temperature and storage conditions
• Target temperature, duration, heating method and cooling conditions
• Sealing-machine type and target line speed
• Existing lidding-film sample, if available

Define the Opening Experience

Confirm whether consumers should tear through a planned feature, peel a tab from the PP rim, remove the lid fully, or open the container after the intended heat process.

Easy tear and easy peel are different opening behaviours. Validate the selected opening action on finished packs after the complete intended process.

Set the Roll and Printing Specification

Confirm the following before production:

• Container diameter, sealing margin, opening feature and repeat length
• Approved artwork, colours, code area and print direction
• Film width, roll diameter, core size and unwind direction
• Sealer type, registration requirements and target line speed
• Filling, heating, cooling, storage and distribution conditions

Validate the Complete Packaging System

Test the selected HY-007 film on the actual PP container. Review seal consistency, film feeding, print registration, pack appearance after processing, opening force, rim cleanliness and transport performance.

Record the container version, film version, artwork revision, process profile and machine settings for each trial.
